As you may recall, The American Family Funds Down Payment Assistance Program Provider, The Dove Foundation, filed a lawsuit in Federal Court on October 25, 2007 seeking relief from the courts to be able to continue to provide down payment assistance until February 29, 2008 or beyond.

Today, American Family Funds Down Payment Gift Program (The Dove

Foundation) was granted an extension by the Federal Court in Washington,

DC to continue to provide Down Payment Assistance on FHA transactions

through MARCH 30, 2008.

Please continue to send your DPA deals to American Family Funds.
