The American Family Funds Down Payment Assistance Program Provider, The Dove Foundation, filed a lawsuit in Federal Court on October 25, 2007 seeking relief from the courts to be able to continue to provide down payment assistance until February 29, 2008 or beyond.

We fully expect that we will receive this stay before the end of the month of October. UNTIL THEN, PLEASE CONTINUE TO SEND US ALL OF YOUR DPA TRANSACTIONS AND GET YOUR NEW CONTRACTS SIGNED BY OCTOBER 30, 2007.

I will update you on the status of our lawsuit as soon as we have received the courts response.
