WHO IS AMERICAN FAMILY FUNDS, INC.?

American Family Funds, Inc. (AFF) is the administrator of The Dove Foundations Downpayment Gift Program. The Dove Foundation is a 501(c)3 charitable organization that meets all guidelines established by the HUD Handbook 4155 REV-4.

The American Family Funds Gift Programs target working families with steady employment who lack the required down payment to purchase a home. Under current law, these programs allow the seller, lender, realtor and buyer to work together with a Non-Profit 501(c)3 Charity so deserving families get their down payment and/or closing costs funds. These are true gifts that are not repaid.
