American Family Funds, Inc., is the administrator for the
Dove Foundation, a 501(c)3 Non-profit charity that provides down payment
assistance and/or closing costs that do not have to be repaid.
The American Family Funds Gift Programs target working families with
steady employment, but who lack the ability to save the required down
payment.Under current law, these
programs allow the seller, lender, realtor and buyer to work together with a
Non-Profit 501(c)3 Charity, so deserving qualified families get
